Hi, I’m Jill.

I believe the most meaningful transformations don't happen by becoming someone new—they happen when you come home to who you've been all along.

I'm a life coach who helps thoughtful, capable people reconnect with themselves so they can build a life that feels authentic, aligned, and deeply their own. Through compassionate conversation, practical tools, and meaningful reflection, I help my clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen self-trust, and make choices that reflect what matters most to them.

My story shaped the way I see growth.

At nine years old, I was diagnosed with bone cancer. Over more than a year of treatment, I endured chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and the amputation of my leg.

Those experiences changed the course of my life. They also began teaching me lessons I wouldn't fully understand until much later—that healing doesn't require hardening, resilience can be gentle, and some of the experiences we would never choose can profoundly shape who we become.

But cancer wasn't the only experience that shaped me.

As a mom of three, I spent years caring for others, striving, achieving, and trying to hold everything together. And through the transition of divorce, I found myself confronting a difficult realization:

Somewhere along the way, I had lost touch with myself.

I knew how to be capable.
I knew how to be responsible.
I knew how to take care of other people, but…

I had to relearn how to listen to and care for myself.

Coming home to myself changed everything.

I began looking more honestly at the beliefs and patterns that had shaped me. I learned to meet myself with greater compassion, trust my own voice, honor what I needed, and make choices rooted in my values rather than fear or expectation.

That work didn't create a perfect life.

It created a life that felt more like mine.

And it profoundly shaped the coach I am today.

I don't believe my role is to tell you who you should become. I believe it's to create the space, ask the questions, and offer the support that helps you understand yourself more deeply—and trust yourself enough to live from what you discover.

Because growth isn't about changing who you are.

It's about remembering who you are.

If you're ready to come home to yourself and build a life that feels like yours, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
