Hi, I'm Jill.
I believe the most meaningful transformations don't happen by becoming someone new—they happen when you come home to who you've been all along.
I'm a life coach who helps thoughtful, growth-minded people reconnect with themselves so they can build a life that feels authentic, aligned, and deeply their own. Through compassionate conversations, practical tools, and meaningful reflection, I help my clients quiet the noise, trust themselves again, and move forward with greater clarity, courage, and confidence.
My own path has been anything but ordinary. At nine years old, I was diagnosed with bone cancer. Throughout more than a year of treatment, I endured chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and ultimately the amputation of my leg. Those experiences changed the course of my life, but they also taught me some of its greatest truths: that healing doesn't require hardening, that resilience can be gentle, and that even our deepest pain can become the foundation for a life filled with purpose.
Life continued to shape me in new ways. As a divorced mom of three, I know what it's like to lose yourself while trying to be everything for everyone else. I spent years striving, achieving, caregiving, and holding it all together, yet feeling increasingly disconnected from the person underneath it all.
The work of coming home to myself has been the most meaningful journey of my life. It taught me that personal growth isn't selfish—it's essential. When we reconnect with who we are, honor our values, and have the courage to live authentically, every part of our lives begins to change. We show up with greater peace, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose—not because our circumstances are perfect, but because we're finally living as ourselves.
That belief is at the heart of my coaching.
I don't believe your best life comes from chasing perfection or becoming someone you're not. It comes from understanding your story, honoring your values, challenging the beliefs that no longer serve you, and having the courage to choose yourself—even when it's uncomfortable.
Because growth isn't about changing who you are.
It's about remembering who you are.
If you're ready to come home to yourself and build a life that feels like yours, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Live life on your terms.
