Jill’s Story

Hi, I’m Jill 👋, a seeker of wellbeing and a passionate pursuer of life’s deeper truths. I’m someone who believes in the power of connection, the wisdom of life’s challenges, and the magic of heart-centered conversations. I find joy in simple things—like pizza, laughter, and meaningful moments with the people who inspire me.

My journey has not been a straightforward one. At the age of nine, I was diagnosed with bone cancer, went through over a year of cancer treatment and became an amputee. These experiences shaped my perspective on life in profound ways. Through my own struggles, I’ve learned that every challenge holds a lesson, every setback an opportunity to grow, and that the greatest strength lies in how we rise after falling.

As a divorcee and mom of three, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle a busy, full life while also making space for personal growth. But here’s the truth I’ve learned: the more we invest in ourselves—our health, our mindset, and our hearts—the more we can show up in our relationships, work, and own lives with presence and purpose.

I’m here to help you build courage in order to live life on your terms.

Above all, I believe you are deserving of the life you were born to lead. But the first step? You have to choose to invest in yourself, turn off autopilot and create the life you dream of.

Sincerely,

What Sets Me Apart As A Coach?

I don’t simply teach science-backed personal

development and success strategies. I have

been through major life challenges and I

actually walk-the-walk by consistently doing

the ”inner work” in my own life.

This makes me a compassionate, informed

guide for my clients who are on their path.

I deeply understand the impact of combining

the “inner work” alongside personal strategic

planning. This allows you to achieve big things

AND learn how to enjoy the process - Letting

the joy of your accomplishments soak in!

Let’s Connect and see if we are the right fit for working together.

Reclaim your authentic power and live grounded in purpose
