Jill’s Story

Hi there, I’m Jill. I’m someone who believes in the magic of heart-centered conversations, honoring your true self, and good music. I find joy in simple things—like pizza, belly laughs, and meaningful moments with people who inspire me.

My journey has not been a straightforward one. At the age of nine, I was diagnosed with bone cancer, went through over one year of cancer treatment and became an amputee. These experiences shaped my perspective on life in profound ways. Through my own struggles, I have learned that challenges often hold a pearl of wisdom, we can heal without hardening and that the greatest strength lies in how we rise after falling.

As a divorcee and mom of three, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle a busy, full life while also making space for personal growth. But here’s the truth I’ve learned: the more you invest in yourself—your mind, body and soul —there is no limit to the ripple effect it carries throughout your life and those you love.

Living life on your terms means you lean-in to the discomfort that often comes with growth (even when you’re afraid). I’m here to help you build the courage necessary to find peace, clarity and the deep sense of connection you deserve.

Sincerely,

What Sets Me Apart As A Coach?

Our hustle culture tells us constantly to “do more, be more, make more!” But what do we actually have to show for it?

More anxiety?

More overwhelm?

More disconnection to self?

The last thing we need is another performative self-help guru or influencer.

Something far more powerful is a compassionate guide who understands how to blend the “inner work” alongside tangible strategies for the individual.

Building self-trust and becoming your authentic self is the key difference in cultivating fulfillment — not just success.
